I have just published a new blog post and podcast episode containing the story of my second go at giving a sub-3 hour marathon a shot.
A week ago, I went to Cologne to try it on that flat and easy course. The conditions were perfect, my training was a mixed affair with high highs and low lows, so here’s what’s happened.
