There’s a large community that worships David Allen for his business productivity advice. The idea is to nerdify tasks, put them into categories, and just use an overall coordinated system to manage what you need to accomplish. For me personally, there were a bunch of things to take away. For example, “if a new task can be done in less than two minutes, do it right then.” – helped me a lot. The weekly reviews are also helpful. And for a time I categorized all my tasks into the recommended three lists named “Next Actions”, “Waiting For”, and “Someday / Maybe”. Helped a lot.

How do you feel after reading this?

This helps me assess the quality of my writing and improve it.
