Strong dude. Dean had an early midlife crisis, and, as many people do, he decided to get fit afterwards. But unlike most, he made it to the top of endurance running. Doing things like running 100 miles over night to get to the starting line of a marathon race, which he then ran in less than three hours right there and then. Finishing 50 marathons in 50 days in all 50 states of the USA. He’s become known worldwide. His willpower seems to be unmatched. The book is full of fun details and keep being entertaining.
