★★★☆☆

The protagonist is an interesting character, super rich former rapper and businessman with many successful ideas he followed through and sold. Hired David Goggins to get in shape after having already done lots of marathons and ultras. The SEAL, David Goggins, makes him do push-ups and two runs per day, in addition to several unconventional workouts. For 31 days. Short and fun read, but rather repetitive and without any benefits for the reader. Except maybe that push-ups are a great workout routine. Weak and sometimes dumb language. The book seems like it has just been one of dozens of projects going on in Itzler’s life at any point in time.
