Took me longer to read than it took Riann to circumnavigate Africa. He did it in 2 years, I needed 3. Although it’s quite an interesting book, I lost motivation again and again. It’s possibly his style of writing, which isn’t the best. But the content of the book is truly worth it. You really feel like getting a good grasp of the African continent and its massive diversity. It doesn’t seem like this huge unknown area afterwards anymore.
This helps me assess the quality of my writing and improve it.
