German comedian who is also know for crazy endurance feats and quirky experiments went ahead and spent the night outdoors for a better part of a year and chronicled what he experiences. He writes very eloquently and also funny, but the main attraction are the unusual situations he gets himself into. I felt compelled to spend a few days outdoors just for fun as well, and did so.
